Returns

We do our best to be as accurate as we can with the descriptions of the titles in stock and welcome any mistakes being pointed out.

If for whatever reason you have a problem with the good(s) you have received then please get in touch via the various ways listed on the Contacts page.

Any items that are faulty or/and are not as described can be returned.

Returns will be accepted on the basis that items are sent back in the same condition they were sent out.

If we have made a mistake with an order then we will reimburse the cost of a return delivery.

Items can be returned if not faulty but we are unable to reimburse customers for expenses incurred in returning those items if they are not as advertised.

If you would like to return any items for a refund or exchange then we would need to be contacted within 14 days of the email notification you will receive informing you that the item(s) have been despatched.
